By engaging MOOV SODO — a Personal Branding Agency serving coaches, entrepreneurs, and consultants — you agree to the following terms. Our services include LinkedIn profile optimization, personal brand strategy, content creation, and expert positioning.
Each project is scoped individually with clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and milestones agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. A deposit may be required to initiate the project.
All intellectual property, content, and creative assets produced during the engagement become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. MOOV SODO reserves the right to showcase anonymized case studies and results for portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

At MOOV SODO, we stand behind the quality of our work. Client satisfaction is central to everything we do. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables within the first 14 days of receiving them, please reach out and we will work with you to revise, improve, or find a resolution.
Eligible for refund: Unused service packages or retainers cancelled before work has commenced may be refunded in full within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
Non-refundable: Strategy sessions, completed content deliverables, and any work already delivered and approved by the client are non-refundable. Deposits used to initiate projects are also non-refundable once work has begun.
